Troy is an ASE certified Master Technician with L1 advanced engine performance and over
20 years of experience. He has been with the company since 1989 and is still going strong. He enjoys Flying
Airplanes and Firefighting for the city of Clawson, when he isn't spending his time fixing cars or trucks.

Nick
Vandervest / Technician
Nick started
with Bayliss Tire in September of 2006, a natural born technician; Nick enjoys restoring classic cars and playing his guitar
in his free time. A very competent and hard worker, Nick makes an excellent addition to the Bayliss Crew.

Joe Vandervest / Manager & Technician
Joe, joining the Bayliss Tire team in
June of 2007. He enjoys hotrods, spending his free time running around the yard
with his kids and jamming on his guitar.

Melissa Engel / General Service

Melissa joined our crew in the Summer of
2008 and likes working with her Dad, and learning what makes a car tick. She has completed two years of auto mechanics school and
is currently enrolled in at the University of Detroit Mercy, studying engineering.
